Voiceover
Two test tubes contain basic, aqueous solutions of cinnamaldehyde. Acetone is added to the first tube. After 30 seconds, an orange solid forms. This is an example of an organic clock reaction.

Discussion
The aldol condensation reaction is repeated with cinnamaldehyde.
