Before you can use ChemPages Laboratory you should verify that your system meets or exceeds the following requirements and you have installed the required software.
ChemPages Laboratory also requires that your WWW broswer be configured properly. The default settings for supported browsers enable these features. You should only have to change your settings if you have disabled any of these required features.

Software Requirements
The latest versions of the required software can be downloaded from the Internet. See Download Components. QuickTime 4 is included on the ChemPages Laboratory CD. For instructions to install QuickTime from the CD, see Installing QuickTime from CD.

WWW Browser Settings
Your WWW browser should be configured with the following features. The default settings for the supported browsers have the required features enabled. Installing QuickTime should also install the QuickTime plug-in for your browser.
